EchoFaith is a product developed and operated by CloudNex Consulting ("we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated under Canadian law. This Privacy Policy describes how CloudNex Consulting collects, uses, retains, and discloses personal information through the EchoFaith platform and website (collectively, the "Service"), and explains your rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.

We collect information you provide directly when you sign up for the EchoFaith waitlist or create an account. This includes:

• Contact details — name, email address, and church or organization name.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and interaction timestamps, collected automatically through standard server logs and analytics.
• Communications — messages or feedback you send to us directly.

We do not collect payment information directly. Any billing is handled by a third-party processor subject to their own privacy terms.

We collect and use your personal information only with your knowledge and consent, as required by PIPEDA. By submitting your information through the EchoFaith waitlist or account registration, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Policy.

You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice, by contacting us at hello@echofaith.io. Withdrawing consent may limit or prevent us from providing the Service to you.

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate and improve the EchoFaith platform.
• Send you product updates, waitlist status, and service-related communications — all of which comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), including the requirement for express or implied consent before sending commercial electronic messages.
• Respond to your questions, support requests, or feedback.
• Understand usage patterns to prioritize new features and fix issues.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We will not use your email to send promotional messages from third parties. You may withdraw consent for non-essential communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us directly.

CloudNex Consulting does not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers — trusted vendors (e.g., email delivery, hosting, analytics) who process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
• Legal compliance — if required by applicable law, regulation, or a valid legal order from a Canadian or other competent authority.
• Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, you will be notified prior to any transfer of your personal data and will have the opportunity to withdraw consent.

Cross-border transfers: Some of our service providers may store or process data outside of Canada (including in the United States). When personal information is transferred outside Canada, it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. We take contractual measures to require that foreign recipients provide a comparable level of protection. By using the Service, you consent to these transfers.

We use industry-standard security measures — including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews — to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and to notify us immediately at hello@echofaith.io if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it or where retention is necessary for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.

In the event of a breach of security safeguards that creates a real risk of significant harm to you, CloudNex Consulting will notify you and, where required, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC) and any other applicable regulatory authority as soon as feasible. Notification will include a description of the breach, the type of information involved, steps we have taken, and recommendations for you to reduce risk. We maintain a record of all security breaches as required by PIPEDA.

Under PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy laws, you have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

• Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and information about how it has been or is being used.
• Correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Withdrawal of consent — withdraw consent to the collection, use, or disclosure of your information, subject to legal or contractual restrictions.
• Complaint — lodge a complaint about our privacy practices with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC) at www.priv.gc.ca.

We use essential cookies required for the site to function and anonymized analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the Service.

EchoFaith is intended for adults and is not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we may have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us at hello@echofaith.io.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of EchoFaith after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
