Terms of Service
The rules and guidelines that govern your use of EchoFaith.
Effective: June 3, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EchoFaith (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are accepting on behalf of a church, ministry, or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. About CloudNex Consulting
EchoFaith is a product developed and operated by CloudNex Consulting, a company incorporated under Canadian law ("CloudNex," "we," "us," or "our"). References to "EchoFaith" in these Terms refer to the Service and platform, not a separate legal entity. CloudNex Consulting is the contracting party and the entity responsible for all obligations set out in these Terms.
3. Description of Service
EchoFaith is an AI-assisted communication platform designed for churches and faith-based organizations. It helps users compose, organize, and coordinate outreach messages across multiple channels — always requiring human approval before anything is sent.
CloudNex Consulting reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any feature thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of significant changes.
4. Accounts & Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when registering.
- Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with others.
- Notify us immediately at hello@echofaith.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send commercial electronic messages without the express or implied consent of recipients, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL, S.C. 2010, c. 23), or without complying with any other applicable anti-spam laws. All messages sent through the Service must include a functioning unsubscribe mechanism where required by law.
- Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or communications to individuals who have not consented to receive them.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against any person or group.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, including CASL, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), or applicable provincial privacy legislation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or harmful to others.
EchoFaith is built for faith-based communication. We may review and remove content or suspend accounts that misuse the platform in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
EchoFaith and its underlying technology, design, branding, and content (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by CloudNex Consulting and protected by applicable Canadian and international intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use CloudNex Consulting's trademarks, logos, or trade dress without express written consent.
You retain ownership of any content, member data, or communication materials you submit to or create through the Service. By using the Service, you grant CloudNex Consulting a limited license to process and store that content solely to provide the Service to you.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein in accordance with PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy legislation.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
CloudNex Consulting does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. AI-generated drafts are suggestions only — you are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it is sent to your congregation or contacts.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, CloudNex Consulting and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or CAD $100, whichever is greater. Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Canadian consumer protection or privacy legislation.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CloudNex Consulting and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party, including any breach of applicable privacy or anti-spam laws.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@echofaith.io.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — shall survive.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for that purpose.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Contact Us
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact CloudNex Consulting at hello@echofaith.io. We are happy to clarify anything and will respond within 5 business days.
